Investigating Discrimination During Reconstruction
In your groups, examine the primary sources below. Using your discussion questions, discuss and record your responses. Be prepared to share your views with Ms. Hopkins and the rest of the class.
Also, read the testimonials in your packets. Make sure to read these out loud, as it is difficult to understand the dialect without doing so.
